"The Tarvalier"

John and Heather VanderMyde own the "Tarvalier" (Heather's a UNC grad, and John UVA...)

This six bedroom, five and a half bath floorplan developed by John proved to be a good rental design,
and we've built various versions of it four times, three in Duck, and one in Nags Head.  It's one of the
few homes on the Outer Banks with a true 4th story tower room.
